Tomo Koizumi has some big names in his corner and even bigger dresses going down the runway. First discovered by Katie Grand – via Giles Deacon – the rising designer’s first-ever collection debuted in Marc Jacobs’ personal showroom in 2019. But for AW23, it was Dolce & Gabbana that backed his puffed-up partywear, lending Koizumi their Milan HQ as a venue, and even throwing in some archive fabrics to boot.
