Guests at JW Anderson’s AW23 show were (figuratively) slapped in the face by a phallic set piece erected in the middle of Camden’s Roundhouse. The screeching sack of a bagpipe rang through the auditorium as the first model emerged in a white tank with ‘MICHAEL CLARK’ emblazoned across its front, followed by papier mache effect t-shirts, muff-tops, and bouncy-hemmed knitwear.
