Some wore icy-blue eyeshadow on their sunken, dark-circled eyes, and greying skin made it look like these kids had spent a night in a house in Nebraska. Accessories completed the story: off-duty UGG boots, blue-laced ice skates slung over shoulders, and worn Jansport rucksacks.
