Shortly after Vivienne Westwood’s SS26 show in Paris, the brand announced that it was relaunching its founder’s first-ever fragrance, Boudoir – a sexy, floral perfume, once-rumoured to be formulated based on the scent of vaginas á la Gwenyth Paltrow’s Goop candle. Of course, the launch linked together with the SS26 runway, also titled Boudoir, which sent models parading through a grand Versailles amphitheater in a series of playful, more-is-more looks. “Boudoir is all about a private, secret space… it’s this space where you are nearest to yourself, where truth lies,” wrote Andreas Kronthaler in the show notes.
