Elsewhere in the collection, models styled with back-combed, paste-filled hair – like they were bleaching their roots mid-show – wore other sculptural designs made from household objects, each holding up a small card describing what materials were used. Polka-dot dresses were piled-on with shin guards and boxing gloves, suitcases were emptied and draped into utility skirts, rubber boots and straw hats transformed the body into brand new shapes, and trench coats and shirting – still on their hangers – were pinned straight onto black tanks to form dresses.
