Inside the showspace – which was built to mimic an old-school cigar lounge and decorated with homoerotic artworks from Brooklyn-based artist Pacifico Silano – looks seemed to touch on this tension between masculine and feminine. While some models appeared in white ribbed tanks, roughly-cut leather vests, and shirts unbuttoned all the way down to the waistline – all paired with jeans, leather trousers, and big, boxy suiting – others wore a series of structured lace corsets, at times linked together to create full-body gowns.
