When guests arrived at Courrèges regular show space in the Carreau du Temple, seats were arranged in different layers of a spiral formation, as if orbiting a giant, invisible star in the middle of the room. Soon, the sunglasses would come in handy – when the show began, Di Felice bathed the Temple in a blinding white light that had guests scrambling for those shades. Models entered the show space in caps with fabric visors covering their faces, or limbs poking from halter tops and shorts.
