“The collection is about the idea of ‘good taste’ and ‘bad taste’,” the pair wrote in the collection notes. “We moved to Paris this summer – iconically the centre of ‘good taste’. But what does that mean? When you start to see the world through our lens, you realise that these categories don’t exist.” On the runway, a belted snake coat dress skimmed its models' thighs, acid wash jeans were pulled on backwards and pink puffball sleeves protruded from logo knit jumpers. “The Vaquera girl realises the power of the most exciting scenario,” continued the notes. “Wearing the wrong thing at the right time.”
