Meanwhile, models wore skirts and dresses made from slinky animal print silks (a reference to a photo of silent film actress Lola Todd wearing a real leopard coat, found by Davis in the Ferragamo archives), sheer tops with nothing underneath, and shiny latex dresses, which came modelled by runway legend Mariacarla Boscono. Accessories topped off the looks and flowed off the body to recreate the motion of dancing: neckties were doubled-up and looped directly on the neck, fringe was placed on the side of skirts or sleeves, and mini bags were covered in slime green and orange feathers.
