Jawara Alleyne SS26

Today, the concept of Tabanca goes far beyond a breakup. For Alleyne, it’s the dark cloud that falls on us once carnival celebrations are over, at the end of the gig, or once everyone has left the after party. It’s a moment of stillness and longing to relive a euphoric experience. With his SS26 catwalk, Alleyne didn’t want us to cry because it’s over, but smile because it happened – as every great fridge magnet once said. Some of the models certainly seemed like they’d been partying, deliberately staggering along the catwalk as if still intoxicated.
