Throughout the show, man and machine seemed to merge into one, as some models wore entire bodices made from metal buttons that glinted under the lights. Elsewhere, supple leatherwear referenced the “overlapping imaginaries of demolition derby, fetishwear, and high-gloss sexual performance” while a closing model mummified in sexy bandages was the final symbol of eroticised violence.
