While the clothes were severe and mechanical, the beauty was soft and doll-like. Surreal makeup circled the face, making it appear as though each model was wearing a mask that could be lifted off. Following the likes of Diesel, Standing Ground and Mains earlier this season, Watanabe’s show also included contact lenses. Haunting black eyes glared down the catwalk and an almost unrecognisable Irina Shayk closed the show.
