For the Gillespies, Esh’s show was a family affair – styled by Katy England, modelled by son Lux, and watched proudly by dad Bobby Gillespie, whose Primal Scream song “Deep Dark Waters” soundtracked the show. Cigarette-cut trousers, silk blouses and backless halter necks made for a sexy, rebellious SS25 collection that will no doubt sell. The perfect audition for a designer who could easily take the reins at an established house.
