More flower-shaped crystals found themselves encrusted onto denim jackets, hair grips and cashmere collars, while actual carnation petals formed a surreal mask around the eyes of various models. The closing looks tied it all together in a bow – literally. The final three evening wear ensembles were hugged with a bow around the shoulders, billowing outward to form the train of the dress or skirt. Like a scene from a Degas painting, this Simone Rocha collection was deeply romantic, wistful and dreamlike – a natural bloom from her previous seasons.
