At Courrèges AW24, the catwalk was a living, breathing organism. Artistic director Nicolas Di Felice decided to forgo the usual show soundtrack, instead opting for a woman’s thudding heart and heaving chest to pound from the speakers. And as this disembodied person drew breath, so did the runway, its thick fabric inflating and deflating below the plate glass of La Carreau du Temple.
