“Stepping out from a chauffeured saloon – she cinches the belt of her dome-shouldered coat and sets off in an assured strut, dagger-sharp heels clicking against the concrete floor.” This was how Charlotte Knowles and Alexandre Arsenault decided to begin this season’s show notes, placed on benches at The Old Truman Brewery in London’s East End. The KNWLS woman is a bad bitch, actually, but it’s not like we needed reminding. From outfitting the likes of Dua, Bella and Ice Spice, to a buzzy JPG collab, KNWLS has always been in the business of dressing the coolest girls in town.
