It was a tale of two cities for this season’s Fashion East show, as Estonian-born Johanna Parv and London’s own Olly Shinder were the only two designers heading up the bill. As showgoers milled into a vast chamber of the Old Truman Brewery they were greeted by a spiky, blimp like installation, its bevelled edges and latex sheen foreshadowing the carnal collections about to come.
