Elsewhere, Dawkins’ frenetic collages of topless men were splashed across joggers, totes, and ankle length cardis. This self-described “magpie aesthetic” echoed Anderson’s post-show sentiment that “you can’t get away from media,” all of it melding into one homogenous blob. This too was reflected in the styling – bed hair was messy, and models were made to look like “they just rolled out of bed”. It seems that even from our waking breaths, media crops up to consume our lives.
