While the frumpcore aesthetic – all bayonetta glasses and lumpy skirts – reached its peak in 2023, the 22-year-old singer gave it her own Billie spin for the new year, in her signature outsized attire. Thank god we can rely on the kids to keep it fresh at the Globes.
