As always, Do’s distinct eye for silhouettes and structure came through by subverting classic suiting into something delightfully unexpected. Blazers and white shirting trailed long below the models’ waistlines and came cut-off at the arms, leather jackets were sculpted with high, pointed shoulders and strung together around the waist, and classic suit trousers came with swinging mini-skirts over top or draw-string shorts tucked inside. For those who have been waiting to get our hands on some Peter Do tailoring – good news! A number of pieces debuted on the SS24 runway will be available to shop at Banana Republic on October 10. We’ll see you in the queue.
