Amping up her designs from previous seasons, Byre’s models came wearing low, plunging necklines, sheer bandeau tops peeking out from long-sleeved knits, cinched-in shirting, low-slung cargo shorts, and ultra-mini dresses. Elsewhere, high-contrast colours and witchy silhouettes were drawn from Annie Besant’s 1905 clairvoyant investigation “Thought-Forms”, summoning a runway of sparkling silver capri shorts, striped optical illusion dresses, black lace mini-dresses, and sweeping vinyl maxi skirts.
