Inspired by her grandma’s craftsmanship, O’Dwyer built out her signature designs quite significantly this season. There were tonnes of shibari-inspired playsuits – shirred satin bands that lattice the body in swooping cut-outs – but these were also fashioned into stretchy, body-moulded dresses. Tailored jackets, waistcoats, and overblown shirting had been fitted with darted busts, calling on all those silicone breastplates that first landed the designer praise.
