Last night, as fashion month came to a close, Mugler made its long-awaited return to the runway. Known for all its overblown, high-camp fashion pageants of the 90s (where models, socialites, pop stars, and bouffant drag queens came together under the same circus banner), Casey Cadwallader laid on a behemoth spectacle.
