Models walked with stilettos in hand, their tank tops and slip dresses bleeding sunset degradés, jackets lugged over their shoulder or wrapped around their waist with an air of easy, breezy insouciance. House staples, like modish jackets were shrunken into the 21st century, while leather shift dresses zipped down the front, and future-metallic fabrics were fashioned into swimsuits. But Di Felice looked beyond the archives, too, dressing models in draped maxi dresses, which exposed the thigh and chest in slovenly, unbuttoned slits. Mini dresses and tank tops were tied across the shoulder like knotted sarongs, and single-strapped jumpsuits were folded over at the waist band to give a slightly dishevelled appearance.
