“This was a spur of the moment creation. I’m absolutely obsessed with airbrush, so I whipped it out, and I said ‘OK, let’s see’. Most of it was done while talking to Nik, so I guess it’s my way of translating what I was feeling in that moment, because Nik also influenced the look. It’s hard for me to formulate what brought it out – I literally just took the airgun and followed my hand. It was very in-the-moment. We are all just a tool for our subconscious” – David Gillers
