She sees her beauty routine as a balance between natural products and necessity. To her, natural means eating well, drinking a lot of herbal infusions (with ingredients like nettles, oatstraw, and red clover), and sticking to simple products like CeraVe face wash and moisturiser. But her tendency to stress breakouts means she’s also no stranger to dermatologist-prescribed topical creams. “Rather than judging myself for not being a perfect goddess all the time, I've come to realise that an integrated, dual approach feels right for me,” Grossman explains.
