Homegirl, Black Chains of Icons is a visual representation of images based around hip hop culture and its association with black history. Positioning hip hop-related images on aluminium plates with historical pieces of text from black history on the back. Inspired by the jewellery, we can witness a positive link connecting both the past and the future in Black Chains of Icons (1994)
