Kele's Top 5 Tracks

The musician picks out his current favourite tracks before his show at The Coronet with Pariah, Joker and Hudson Mohawke

This Saturday, post-Bloc Party producer and singer Kele will be taking over South London’s Coronet alongside an all-star selection of his hand-picked electronic artists in tow to support him. As well as a live show from Kele, Hudson Mohawke who's been on his club tour and dubstep producer Joker, R&S Records' Pariah and London-based DJ, Stopmakingme will all be bringing their diverse sounds down for one night only. Ahead of the big show this weekend, Kele speaks to us about his top five tracks of the moment and what they mean to him.

Push and Rise - Wolfgang Gartner

I love this guy, his tracks sound so heavy when I play them out DJing, this one always gets the party started.

Brap - Bart B More

I heard this in Germany last year and people were going nuts for it. The most evil sounding intense thing on the dancefloor right now.

Gimme Dat - Ciara

I love this girl, I love her tone and style and she's the best dancer out there right now. She works hard. Got to give her props

Det Snurrar i Min Skalle - Familjen

A friend showed me the video to this a few months ago and I've been hooked ever since. Dreamy Swedish dance pop.

Toyfriend - David Guetta & Afrojack ft Wynter Gordon

David Guetta seems to rule the charts at the moment and this song is going to be as big as Acapella by Kelis. Future dancefloor hit.

Kele Live @ The Coronet Theatre, Saturday February 12, 9pm-5am. Advance tickets: £15. The Coronet Theatre, 28 New Kent Rd, London SE1 6JT. Advance tickets: buggedout.net
