This year, in honour of C2C’s 25th anniversary, Dazed (that is, us) are taking over the festival’s iconic Lingotto stage – converting the massive, former Fiat car factory into a venue for both cutting-edge and legendary dance music across two days of the festival (30th and 31st October).

Well, we say two days, but the first will actually be dominated by legendary deep house heavyweight Theo Parrish, who will take us into the depths of house music with a seven-hour-long DJ set. Also performing on the 30th is Mexico’s Eli Wewentxu, channelling indigenous Mapuche rhythms and stories into his violin, jazz-electronica artist Fake Samo and interdisciplinary Brazilian art-music duo Fronte Violeta.

On the 31st, meanwhile, Lingotto’s 360-degree space will be graced by Danish experimental rock artist and Iceage frontman Elias Rønnenfelt, storied UK bass DJ and Hyperdub label founder Kode 9, delivering a globetrotting (and trotter-trotting) back-to-back with Chicago footwork godfather RP Boo, and Dazed favourite up-and-comer Liim – whose crooning, lived-in lyrics exist at the intersection of indie, hip-hop and RnB. Earlier in the day, you’ll also find ambient-experimental producer-DJ KMRU, dub-techno DJ Picture, and a takeover from cult Italian industrial label Hundebliss.

Although we are biased towards our own stage, there’s also much more to see at C2C – with the festival’s name standing for Club To Club, referring to its spread of forward-thinking pop and avant-garde bookings across the Italian city of Turin. Down other storied Italian streets, then, you will find the likes of Arca, fresh off the release of her latest industrial-electro-pop album XXXXX; Swedish popstar and longtime Dazed friend Robyn; whimsical Norwegian electronic-pop duo Smerz – oh, and a small cloud rap duo by the name Yung Lean and Bladee (we are being sarcastic; this performance is actually very big).
