And that’s a wrap on summer 2026 (until another heatwave hits next week). It’s officially September, meaning it’s hello to work, school and a megawatt fashion month. New York Fashion Week begins next week, meaning the shows are about to be non-stop between now and mid-October. So gird your loins, as they say, buckle in and enjoy the festival pic dumps before your feeds are awash with celebrities sat front row at fashion shows. But before then, a brief moment of appreciation for the fashion that August brought us – it wasn’t all flip-flops and raffia bags; there were some major collabs too. For example…

NII HAI X MAIN ROSE

Zara Larsson promised us a never-ending midnight sun, and she’s trying her hardest to sustain summer all year round. For her latest endeavour, the Swedish pop princess and her brand Main Rose have teamed up with London label Nii HAi to launch a new swimwear line. Available now, here

STÜSSY X ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

Stüssy returned with an exciting new collab this summer, teaming up with London-based streetwear label Always Do What You Should Do, founded in 2018 by New Zealander Nick Mason. The collection features vibrant T-shirts in lime green, purple and yellow, plus tracksuits and shorts too. See here

OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP X DICKIES

Last week, Our Legacy Work Shop teamed up with beloved workwear brand Dickies. Designed to look deliberately sun-faded, the collection includes a modified Eisenhower jacket, plus two variants of Our Legacy’s Box T-shirt. See here.

EYE JUNYA WATANABE MAN x THE NORTH FACE

The North Face is continuing its ongoing relationship with Junya Watanabe by launching a new branch of its collaboration, now working with eYe Junya Watanabe Man to reinterpret two key pieces: a mountain jacket and a signature bomber jacket. The styles are available now at Dover Street Market and online here.

CECILIE BAHNSEN X ASICS

Danish designer Cecilie Bahnsen has returned for another partnership with Asics Sportstyle. This time, she’s reimagined the brand’s GEL-KINETIC™ FR silhouette, adding her signature floral flair. Although the collab was announced in August, the shoes don’t officially launch until September 12, so watch this space.

GOHAR WORLD X ASICS

It’s been a busy month for Asics Sportstyle! Not only did the brand rejoin forces with Cecilie Bahnsen, it also started a new partnership with Gohar World, the tableware brand founded by artist sisters Laila and Nadia Gohar. It marks the sisters’ first venture into footwear while introducing a new Asics silhouette, the GEL-DS TRAINER SP. See here.

WILLY CHAVARRIA X UGG

When he’s not working with adidas Originals or Zara, Willy Chavarria is working with UGG, clearly. The American designer has teamed up with the footwear company for a capsule collection featuring four new shoe styles as well as a T-shirt and socks. All designed in black with chunky soles and metal buckles, it’s the most leather daddy-inspired UGG we’ve ever seen. See here

MONCLER X CLARKS ORIGINALS

If you thought Clarks Originals couldn’t climb a mountain, you’d be wrong! Now, with the help of Moncler, the shoes have been specially designed to include Moncler's signature Trailgrip Vibram® outsole, ideal for scaling mountain paths. What’s more, they’re waterproof too. Available now, here.
