Lou Dalton for Fullcircle Competition

London's up and coming menswear designer Lou Dalton is designing a series of bags for urban label, Fullcircle. Dazed are giving one away to a lucky reader...

This autumn Fullcircle are pleased to launch their ‘Adoringly Supporting’ project, a creative development program dedicated to emerging British talent aiming to nurture creatives across platforms in the UK from fashion designers and film makers, to artists and musicians. The program is launching with designer Lou Dalton who will receive sponsorship from Fullcircle for her S/S 10 salon show as part of the menswear day at London Fashion Week on the 23rd of September.

As the newly appointed accessory designer for Fullcircle, Dalton will be creating a new range designed to compliment the menswear mainline and developing their accessory ranges for A/W 09 that are stylish yet understated . Using a colour palette consisting of neutrals, navy, grey and black base tones, quail’s egg pink and mustard yellow, the range of sophisticated investment holdalls also have a soft and malleable exterior made from either classic black leather or brown & aubergine cotton check, complete with identity tag and buckle details. Designed to work for day and evening they can be worn as reversible shoppers, using a synthetic vs natural material mix with 100% leather alongside wool flannel with silver studding and exposed stitch details.

Along with the versatile utility bags Fullcircle have created a satchel designed for style and durability, combined with leather buckles and oversized pockets, whilst the accessories collection uses leather, flannel and fine wool in their cable knit, hounds tooth, moss stitch and tweed finishes on their knitted hat and scarf sets. Juxtaposed against these natural materials are the bold plastic resin transparent belts in aqua and red bringing vibrant colour to the otherwise wholly natural collection.
To celebrate the launch, Dazed with Fullcircle are giving away one pair of tickets to Lou Dalton’s Salon Show at London Fashion Week on the 23rd of September at Somerset House, along with the Lou Dalton for FullCircle bag as featured for the winner. To enter, simply send an e-mail to with 'Fullcircle by Lou Dalton' in the subject to have a chance to win.
