New York, New York – a city so good they named it twice. Recently, both Chanel and Versace announced they will present their upcoming pre-fall 2018 collections in the city – a first for the latter.
Now, Louis Vuitton has announced that it will also be heading to the Big Apple to present its Resort 2019 show next year. Save the date for May 8 – it’ll be here before you know it – because LV’s travelling tour will take place two days after next year’s Camp-themed Met Ball.
Always taking place among amazing architecture – previous mid-season show locations have included Oscar Niemeyer’s Niterói Contemporary Art Museum in Rio and the Miho Museum in Kyoto – Frank Gehry’s Guggenheim Museum seems to us to be the most likely host venue, but don’t rule out more touristy spots.
