Now the storm has passed, it’s time to press pause and revisit the moments, collections and beauty looks that defined the last month. How better to do so than through the lens of film – where a fair few collections this season had us thinking of some of our favourite cult characters. There was Jeremy Scott’s sugar-coated, cartoon inspired clothes – the kind of thing you could expect to see in the wardrobe of Clueless’s Cher Horowitz, and Demna Gvasalia’s Balenciaga debut – whose colourful lurex and secretary shades had something distinctly Working Girl about them.
