Finally the mystery of how the Vogue boss gets from one show to another at lightspeed is solved
Being editor-in-chief of American Vogue, artistic director for Condé Nast, advising various designers, hosting presidental fundraisers and did we mention giving tough-love advice to fashion students? For Anna Wintour, it's all in a day’s work.
It’s no secret that the famous editor’s schedule is way busier than yours and if the pictures of her attending a million and one events didn’t give it away, her two personal assistants running behind her should make it obvious.
So as the revered front row-er and busiest woman in fashion takes on the industry’s most hectic time of year, fashion month, it’s a wonder how she’s able to attend so many shows with her schedule always being so jam-packed. New York Fashion Week alone boasted more than 200 shows, so how does she do it?
Thanks to the Huffington Post's discovery, we may now finally know how she does it. On Wednesday evening a skillful Snapchatter managed to capture Wintour making a quick get-away during the DKNY show. In the clip, Wintour abruptly leaves her seat and dashes out leaving her wing-woman Vogue’s creative director Grace Coddington baffled and her signature bob intact. Check out Wintour speedwalking straight the fuck outta the show below.
