Our appetite for escapism and fantasy will be at an all time high this dreamy Pisces season, as our intuitive channels are opened

March begins in dreamy Pisces season, enhancing our imaginations and giving us a flare for the fantastical. Pisces, the final sign of the zodiac, opens our intuitive channels and encourages us to escape into our imaginations. The sign of the fish is best known for its impeccable psychic abilities, and will have us feeling spacey and ungrounded. Pisces blurs the lines between reality and unreality, and we may need occasional periods of restoration and reprieve. We are prompted to release old emotional baggage and practise deeper compassion for our fellows. A powerful New Moon on March 2 beckons us to utilise our imaginations to visualise our year ahead. Here, we can anchor in help from the great beyond and manifest the future. The following day, Mars and Venus make a transformative conjunction to Pluto, God of the Underworld, heightening our ambition and promising transformation in relational dynamics.

On March 5, the Sun conjoins Jupiter, the generous, good-hearted planet of faith, abundance and expansion. Here, we can expect to receive nods from the universe that we are on the right path, as doors are opening and opportunities are plentiful. Our appetite for escapism will be at an all time high, whether we are fantasising about the future or binge-watching Lord of the Rings

Mars and Venus continue to move close together for March, suggesting a unification between our masculine and feminine energies, our ability to be receptive and get stuff done. On the 6th, they conjoin in Aquarius, amplifying our appetite for new experiences and bringing us closer together with community and friends. This is the perfect time to find creative inspiration that can be paired with pragmatic action.

A Full Moon in Virgo on the 18th brings us back to earth, and has us taking inventory of our physical bodies, and the tasks we may have neglected when our heads were in the heavens. The Astrological New Year begins on March 20, when the Sun enters fiery Aries. Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, initiates brand new ventures and increases our physical vitality. We are bold and slightly combative, ready to embark on adventure. Aries energy amplifies our drive, and has us eager to explore a million probabilities. Watch out for childish and combative attitudes, as the sign of the Ram insists on finishing first.
