Having trouble sleeping? Kicking off the Dazed Beauty Digital Spa, we’ve launched a series of special wellness podcasts with the aim of leaving you feeling calmer, happier and more at peace. In the first episode, we take a look at sleep meditation with the co-founder of London Meditation Centre and New York Meditation Centre, Michael Miller. Michael teaches Vedic meditation, a practice that is used to aid stress, anxiety and most importantly sleep problems.
