Bleach TV is here to save 2021 from bad DIY hair dye jobs

TextJessica Heron-Langton

The salons might be shut, but that won’t stop us from achieving those lockdown hair trends and Bleach London is here to help

Although some of you may have found the self-restraint to put down the bottle of pink hair dye this lockdown, many of us are continuing to turn to DIY hair dye jobs to keep us entertained – because, literally what else is there to do? From Bella Hadid to Kristen Stewart, Dua Lipa and Rosalía, there has been no getting away from the pink, orange, and purple heads which have taken over our social media feed since the pandemic took hold last March.

And, as we enter into what feels like month 3,678 of lockdown, Bleach London has done us all a favour by launching Bleach Hair Line and Bleach TV, a series of digital guides and consultations on how to maintain your at-home DIY colour job while salons stay shut.

With series featuring lessons on debunking dye and hair myths, how to look after your hair long-term, and foolproof guides on how to do DIY dyeing, elsewhere you’ll also be able to book free one-to-one virtual consultations with Bleach stylists, through the brand’s website, and watch live-stream tutorials hosted on Instagram.

The first feature to drop from Bleach’s upcoming collection of virtual services, Bleach Helpline and Bleach TV follow on from Bleach’s popular Hair Party last March, which saw the likes of Georgia May Jagger, Maisie Williams, and Pixie Geldof share their hair dye stories.

So for those of you who are continuing to spice up lockdown up with new hair colours (which, judging by TikTok, is a whole lot of you), head over to Bleach’s Instagram to learn more about the series.
