Patrick Starrr launches inclusive beauty brand ONE/SIZE

‘Another beauty brand? You damn right!’

Patrick Starrr has announced he is launching his very own beauty brand.

Entitled ONE/SIZE, the brand takes its name from the idea that make-up is one size fits all and is built on the core tenets of diversity and inclusivity. “ONE/SIZE is diversity, variety, for everyone,” Starrr said in an interview with WWD. “This is an overweight, bald, Asian American man. But I’ve somehow been able to break through the glass ceiling to be celebrated. It is all-encompassing diversity and I think that is gonna be something special.”

With inclusivity in mind, the beauty guru, who uploaded his first YouTube video seven years ago, launched his brand with a film that sees his followers uttering the phrase “Make-up is a one size fits all.” Although Starrr has yet to reveal any of the products, ONE/SIZE will reportedly incorporate his signature “kitsch and class” style, celebrating “the drag queens, the LGBTQ+, my trans brothers and sisters.”

This is Starrr’s first solo venture into cosmetics, although the influencer has previously collaborated with MAC Cosmetics and starred in a campaign for Uoma Beauty.

ONE/SIZE will be exclusively sold at Sephora and will debut online on July 17 and in stores on July 30.
