Superfoods, not just for drinking

Superfoods have become a mainstay in our contemporary culture. You can hardly go out for a bite without someone pouring an acai berry blend down your throat. No longer limited to food or drink, cosmetic companies are fast cottoning on, discovering that the skin and hair care benefits that many of these superfoods boast are just as effective when applied topically, with the single cell algae Chlorella being one of the latest to make the move from smoothies to serums.
