Dr. Jart+, the skincare brand behind those terrifying rubber baby masks (AKA the Cryo Rubber Masks) and Dazed Beauty favourite Cicapair Tiger Grass Colour Correcting Treatment, has opened its first ever pop-up in the UK.
From today (July 9), Londoners can head down to the MAC store on Carnaby Street where they will find all of the products that have made the K-Beauty brand a firm favourite of everyone from Willow Smith to Caroline Hirons. With the help of the trained Dr. Jart+ crew, you can test out first-hand the reparative, skin-soothing Tiger Grass – the ingredient which powers the brand’s hard-working formulas. Plus, the first 100 people who show up on Saturday will receive a free mask.
When it came to designing the pop-up, the brand drew from within – creating a physical manifestation of its DNA of combining Korean skincare innovation with art. Over its course, the pop-up will host takeovers with Good Wives & Warriors and Anna Higgie, giving the up-and-coming artists a space to showcase their work. During their residencies, each artist will also create a poster print which will be handed out to visitors.
Dr. Jart+ is also asking everyone to get involved themselves, encouraging visitors to contribute to a large-scale colouring installation on the walls of the store and in this way help transform it into a live piece of art. See you there!
