Psalm Kardashian West may only be a couple of weeks old but he is already being set up to follow in the footsteps of his mum and aunts in building his own beauty empire.
It’s been reported that mum Kim has filed 16 trademarks for “Psalm West” which will cover a range of products including skincare and bodycare, fragrances, haircare and hair accessories, and nail polish. Kim’s other three children, North, Saint and Chicago (who at nine months starred in her first beauty campaign), also have trademarks registered under their names for skincare, cosmetics, haircare and fragrance, among others.
This news should come as no surprise considering the Kardashian-Jenner clan have been accumulating trademarks at an increasingly speedy pace. Just a day before Kylie’s new arm of her beauty empire “Kylie Skin” was announced, she filed trademarks for “Kylie Hair” and “Kylie Hair by Kylie Jenner.” The week before, older sister Kendall filed beauty trademarks for “Kendall” and “Kendall Jenner.” The patents would cover possible products across skin, hair, make-up and fragrance, including eau de parfum, hair-care preparations, bath and shower gels, body creams, skin cleansers, beauty masks, deodorant, lip gloss, nail polish and nail care preparations, among others.
With Kim’s KKW Beauty Mrs West collection recently selling out in seven minutes, Kourtney covering the wellness market with new platform Poosh, and Khloe once again set to collaborate with Kylie Cosmetics, it seems the Kardashians have got the beauty market covered.
