Making sure no one gets in before her, Ariana Grande has filed for the trademark of “thank u, next” to be used for an upcoming beauty range. According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Sweetener singer sealed the deal on April 2. The trademark, filed by GrandAri Inc., covers a number of beauty products including fragrances, body lotions, bath gels, body scrubs and body mists.
This isn’t Ariana’s first endeavour into the beauty world, however, with six successful perfumes already behind her including “Frankie,” a gender-neutral fragrance named after her older brother and “Cloud,” a joyful scent with a bottle to match and Ulta’s best-selling fragrance.
Ariana was also the inspiration behind Lush’s Goddess bath bomb, which paid homage to her “God Is A Woman” music video, where she bathes in a pool of pink, purple and blue marble-like water. As for whether she’ll be making her own body and bath products, watch this space...
