Here at Dazed Beauty, we pride ourselves on collaborating with an ever-expanding encyclopaedia of creatives and emerging talent from across the world who are redefining the way we think about beauty.
Today, we're excited to announce that the the Dazed Beauty family just got a little bigger, with some of our favourite new beauty icons joining the ranks of our masthead as contributing editors.
First up, is RuPaul's Drag Race Season 10 winner Aquaria. A self-professed mashup of Lady GaGa, Madonna, and well, herself, Aquaria is a woman of many talents, from lipsyncing to extreme make-up, to dancing, designing and dishing out sound advice... Talents she has kindly offered to lend to Dazed Beauty as our Entertainment Editor.
Next up, is our brand new Arts Editor, Lil Miquela, the elusive beauty and CGI influencer who has more followers and clout than your average flesh and bone model. As Arts Editor, the modern day polymath (Miquala is a musician and activist on the side of her modelling work) will be spotlighting some of her favourite artistic talent on site soon... we hope. Here's what happened when we tried to pin her down for an interview recently.
And last, but by no means least, Munroe Bergdorf will be joining Dazed Beauty as our LGBTQ+ Editor. Sharing her personal tips for beauty and self care, the trans model and activist will also be in conversation with some of her LGBTQ+ heroes in the coming months. But in the mean time, you can read our introductory interview with her here. (Describe yourself in three words: "Bronzed sex goddess" – strong agree.)
Aquaria, Lil Miquela and Munroe are joining performance maverick Theo Adams as our Culture Editor, and expert guide in all things spiritual Emilia Ortiz as our Wellness Editor. Keep your eyes peeled for what they come up with next...
