Chiyoda Arts Festival is an annual open exhibition drawing an eclectic mix of work from Japan and around the world. Anyone can participate in this event which this year includes not only an exhibition but also a stage and a market section further broadening the range of creative expression to be on display. For those wishing to present their work, now is your last chance. You can download the application form from their website, submissions should be received by August 1.
