Fender Hsu is quickly gaining notoriety in Shanghai for being a breakthrough up-and-coming fashion and reportage photographer and video director, with a sublime viewpoint and gifted eye. We first saw his work with Satellite Voices earlier in the month - check it out here - and soon will be collaborating again with an exclusive Shanghai Street Style series. We're proud to introduce Fender to Satellite Voices and caught up with him for a quickfire gallery round...
Satellite Voices: What inspires you about Shanghai?
Fender Hsu: Shanghai is a new city that full of passion and opportunities. I can find a place for me to rock it.
SV: What is your favourite hidden city spot?
Fender Hsu: Recently, I've been hiding in this small coffee shop named Wonder Coffee near Xintiandi.
SV: How would you describe your personal style with your work?
Fender Hsu: Passion and fashion.
SV: What projects are you working on at the moment and what’s next?
Fender Hsu: Two projects, "Girls in Shanghai" and up next is "Love Eat Hate".
