The theatrical surrealist unveils a spectacular new project
- Text by Karchun Leung
Photography and reality naturally keep their distance, that's why there is always an overstated expectation for the people being shot in the photos. This is not about the artistic nature of the photo, it is because we all want it to be better than the reality. Everyone in front of the camera wants to believe they are beautiful, life is good, and that this is a timeless issue.
The latest project by the artist Maleonn, “Maleonn’s Photo Studio” sets out to create this kind of fantasy for the people. He wants to inspire a better imagination about our life, to make our dream become real.
