Through the good folks at Mixcloud we were introduced to the Shanghai-based DJ and producer Conrank. Maybe it was his self-styled "drumstep" mash up of hip hop, jungle and drum and bass. Or that his Electric East site is a brilliant platform for the best in Asian bass music. Or his work with his own label Rankadank Records and his upcoming Taiwanese grime project... We knew there was a story to tell, and so Conrank stepped up to deliver this month's slamming mix.
