The Parisian creative maestro releases his debut book, Selected Drawings

Artist, fashion illustrator and all around creative polymath Cédric Rivrain presents his debut publication with 28 drawings inspired by different universes: fashion, anatomy and medical dressings.
Self-taught - he rarely attended drawing classes - and growing up in a medical environment with his father a doctor, Rivrain depicts the human body with surgical precision. His illustrations combine nudes and portraits with uncanny representations of mechanical eyes and crying machines, the latter exuding as much frailty as his animated subjects.
Approaching drawings in an unique and sensual manner, RIvrain allures us into his world where everything, even band-aids, are stunningly beautiful.
