Exclusive images from Munich's acclaimed documentary photography festival
- Text by Lea Rieck
Now in its fourth year, the FotoDoks festival has become the centre for documentary photography in Munich, the five day exhibition and forum held at the Münchner Stadtmuseum as well as accompanying exhibitionsin at Bayrische Versicherungskammer an the galleries Jo Van de Loo, f5.6, Micheko, Jordanow and Candela Project Gallery.
The festival is on now, and we have an exclusive insight of images from the inspiring exhibition. The selected works range from social documentary, photojournalism and the media's reflection of distant crisis regions and our immediate surroundings, documenting the everyday madness - the tension between credibility and sensationalism.
