The Munich nightclubs Bob Beaman and Harry Klein and "Klassic im Club" come together for a culture clash

Last month, Munich's party people and classical music fans met to celebrate and enjoy a culture clash of good music. They listened to DJs curating a classical musical crossover mixed up in new subtle ways where live shows were underlined by visuals and light art from Minas Borboudakis on piano and electronics as well as the brilliant Carl Oesterheld at the Bob Beaman club.
The next evening they came together again to listen to musicians from the Munich Chamber Orchestra playing the music of Tom Johnson, Arvo Pärt and Philip Glass and the percussion duo Double Drums at Harry Klein club.
The Munich nightclubs Bob Beaman and Harry Klein teamed up together with the event series "Klassik im Club" for this independent festival for an alternative classical movement. They succeeded in establishing a new kind of concert series that we fully embraced.
